Role-Based User Administration that assigns roles to users based upon their job functions.  Users can be assigned to multiple roles gaining cumulative rights throughout the system yet still retain crucial restrictions.  Unlimited editors can be established with centralized control of editor rights.  Changes to the site can be centrally controlled and reviewed as desired.  Users can also log into the system via OpenID

Secure File Library – Consolidates PDFs, Word documents, images and more in one location for easy linkage throughout your site. A robust file replacement feature can update a document across the site with the click of a button.  Also allows for creating a password protected area of your website to upload or download internal documents.  Tiered access allows for administrators to add/delete files while limiting users as needed to view or download documents.

State-of-the-Art Web Editors allow the user to update authorized pages and applications from any computer with Internet access.  We currently offer two options for editing which can be changed based upon the skill level of individual users and authors.

Multi-Level Rollback & Page Versioning with Meta-Data and History - Panacea CMS stores all previous versions of a page allowing users to not only reference previous iterations, but to revert back to any point in page history.  Metadata is also available, showing the complete history of all pages with the author of the changes, time stamps on all edits and approvals, and comments from the authors on the nature and reasons for all changes.

Auto-Rotating Promotions via XML - Panacea CMS allows you to load as many different promotions and images as desired and rotate at preset intervals so your website always stays fresh. 

Auto-Synchronization with Legacy Data Systems – Legacy systems such as credentialing or other databases can easily be connected to reduce duplicative data sources and updating processes.

Forms Management – Data from forms write to the CMS repository or another database platform and can be easily exported.

User-Friendly Descriptive URLs - Authors will have the ability to define custom URLs for pages, instead of using Page IDs.  This provides more descriptive bookmarks and more meaningful offsite links, improving search engine indexing.

Additional SEO Features – Panacea CMS allows for setting HTML Titles as separate from the page title, XML site maps for feeding to search engines and customizable “Page not found” error page.

Site Search - The Connect Healthcare CMS can execute searches for site content and third party content and can rank it by relevancy.  Connect Healthcare can also provide search capability for most health content options.  Site maps are automatically created as XML feeds and fed to all major search engines.

Easy Content Distribution – Panacea CMS allows your content to easily be distributed via the ability to view printer-friendly pages, to email a page or to share a page using social media outlets.

Statistics Reporting & ROI Calculations - The Connect Healthcare CMS utilizes a full-featured web statistics engine, in addition to Google Analytics.  The system is able to generate readable, understandable ROI reports for any datasets where proper ROI goals have been defined and reasonable criteria have been set to define the target audience.  These reports are clear and can easily be used in internal client planning and for reporting to senior management

Push Reporting for Multiple Users - The system pushes out stored reports by email on predefined schedules.  This includes customized reports for various groups with interests in distinct sections of the website.

Interactive Report Generation - Clients can log in and create reports at any point for any time period.  Clients can create customized reports that can filter the results to focus on the necessary information.
